There was a Time - Byker Hill
(Traditional)

A traditional mining song from Northumbria. This has been in our repertoire since the 1970s when our version was adapted from that sung at the time by the Young Tradition. After a few years' hibernation it was revived for our current repertoire when Ed came up with this new heavier arrangement. That's folk music.
